Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the terms and supplies its response. We do not keep a separate log of names or case numbers entered into those search boxes.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It is not disclosed outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server and analytics records may collect technical details when a page loads:
- Page-view times and the pages visited
- Device type and operating system
- Browser name and version
- The referring website, when supplied
- Internet Protocol address
- Approximate time spent on a page
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files that help measure use, including popular pages and common exit points. Analytics providers may combine those measurements into traffic reports. A browser can reject or remove cookies, although disabling them may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Diagnosing errors and performance problems
- Operating and maintaining the website
- Routing a query to the selected search provider
- Measuring which reference pages are useful
- Displaying advertising that may reflect interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Lee County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of case files or personal court-record information. It publishes reference material about Search ARCourts, Lee County clerks, and the courts that maintain official dockets. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a third-party case profile, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. A provider's own privacy terms govern information submitted through its tool, including retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query because we do not control the provider's handling of it.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas courts, Lee County clerk resources, Search ARCourts, legal resources, or commercial tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. Their practices are outside our direct control.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
- Analytics vendors measuring site traffic and speed
- A search provider handling a submitted query
- Advertising networks serving content
- A government body acting under valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect collected information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so a breach or unauthorized access cannot be ruled out completely.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If such information is identified, a deletion request may be made.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy or consumer-protection law may provide rights over personal data. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code ยงยง 25-19-101 et seq., govern official court or agency records in their respective spheres. They do not turn this private site into the custodian of a Lee County case file. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request deletion of data we hold about you
- Ask for access to retained personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Object to certain processing where the law permits
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised. A new version becomes available here with its effective date, allowing visitors to review changes in how information is handled.
